She Rides on the Starshine is coming soon!

The cast and crew of Ojai-based, Zircon Skye Production are back on the scene as a mega-band called Zircon Skyeband and they are proud to announce their upcoming release She Rides on the Starshine.

Starshine is filled with musicians from the Zircon Skye label, like the lyrical Lance Zircon and the amazing, multi-instrumentalist Jeff Evans. Mia Bortolussi, Damien D Amico, Dan Watson, and Yumi of “Kitty Kat Stew” fame are reunited under the Zircon Skyband name with a new offering called “Over It.” 

The title track features a rock and roll super group with Lance and Mia on vocals over the dreamy, eclectic sounds of guitars, sax and the layered Starshine Vocal Chorus. It feels like a summer night, on a blanket in the woods, watching the sparkling sky with the one you love. It’s not surprising that in the liner notes there is a pronouncement, “In this one the Starshine delivers Lance the love of his life.” 

In addition to the new material, this upcoming release offers a compilation of our favorite songs from the Zircon Skye label from bands such as The Warm Guns, Tierra Madre, Force 4D, Hyperplush, Dos Coyotes, and Orcas RA.
